In its “Premiers soleils, premiers rosés” feature, Magazine Exquis selected our Odéliane Bio – Côtes de Provence La Londe cuvée as one of its favorites.
“This rosé reveals a beautiful salmon-pink color with silvery highlights. The nose is elegant, dominated by notes of citrus and redcurrant, with delicate touches of apricot, medlar, rose and jasmine. On the palate, it has a fine, delicate structure, combining volume and roundness to soften the acidity. A touch of white pepper and hints of salt and iodine enrich the whole, while the mourvèdre provides a solid backbone and good balance. The long finish stretches out on aromas of rose and citrus peel.
Ideal with sea bream carpaccio, roasted langoustines, grilled bass or bouillabaisse.”
