Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep garnet color with violet highlights.
Nose: The nose reveals a rich concentration of black fruits, especially blackberry and cherry, enhanced by subtle notes of vanilla and licorice.
Palate: On the palate, this wine offers both length and complexity, unfolding flavors of red fruits and Provençal spices.
Winemaking:
Harvested at full physiological ripeness, total destemming, gentle cooling of the harvest. Fermentation in tank, post-fermentation maceration on the skins. Racking, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring.
