Tasting note:
Eye: Beautiful garnet red color.
Nose: Aromatic, offering roasted nuances, vanilla, with a subtle touch of cinnamon and blackberry. In the background, a pleasant and delicate nose.
Palate: The structure is well-defined, yet remains subtle. The finish stands out with aromas of spices and pepper, but the flavors express themselves with more freshness, highlighting delicate notes of red fruits that add a new dimension to the wine.
Winemaking:
Harvest at physiological maturity, full destemming, slight cooling of the grapes. Fermentation in vats at 25°C, post-fermentation maceration on the skins. Racking, followed by malolactic fermentation in vats. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring.
